As you probably already know, there are two types of plants that are used for all kinds of products. Hemp is mainly grown to the fibers of the plant. They’re pretty long and incredibly sturdy. In weed oil, the percentage of THC is much higher, and it gets you high.

Fortunately, it is possible to buy cannabis oil for the best price and quality. As it is covered by the Opium Act, it is indeed not freely available. But it is on prescription, which means that your doctor can prescribe it. There is no denying that cannabis oil has a medicinal effect, and as long as no chemical variant has been found on it, its sale – very controlled – is tolerated. So you can legally buy cannabis from the pharmacy, which delivers the products that the doctor prescribes. You won’t pay the best price there (it is centrally determined in the Netherlands), with the quality it’s officially good.
